PLANTFORM products are designed to integrate directly with living plants. While engineered to minimize impact, any interaction with a living plant carries inherent risk, and PLANTFORM makes no guarantee regarding a plant's health, growth, longevity, or survival. In rare instances, installation or prolonged use may contribute to plant stress, injury, or death. By purchasing and using PLANTFORM products, the customer accepts this risk.

Should a product arrive with a manufacturing defect, it will be treated as a faulty item under our Returns policy: please contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery with the order number and photographs, and PLANTFORM will provide a replacement or issue a refund. This does not extend to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or failure to follow care instructions, nor does it extend to plant health, as described above. To submit a claim, please email orders@plantformstudios.com with the order number, a description of the issue, and photographs. A response confirming next steps will be provided within two business days.
