Payments.

PLANTFORM accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Shop Pay. Payment is charged at the time an order is placed. Items remain in the basket without reservation or guarantee until payment has been successfully processed.

The shipping address may differ from the billing address. However, the billing address entered must match that on file with the card issuer, or payment may be declined. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping address, in accordance with the applicable state's tax requirements, and is displayed as a separate line item prior to payment. It is not included in the listed product price.

Should a payment fail to process, or should an unexpected charge appear, please contact orders@plantformstudios.com. No refund is issued until the returned product has been received. Once received and inspected, approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within seven business days. Please refer to our Returns policy for further detail.
